A Celebration of Life service will be held at the Middleburg Heights Community Church, 7165 Big Creek Parkway (at Bagley Rd), Middleburg Heights, OH 44130 on Saturday July 14, 2012 at 11:00 AM with a reception afterwards in the church fellowship hall.
