So sorry to hear of Your lost I too lost both my mom dad so can understand your pain my prayers go out to your family

Dear Ones All, Gillotti Family,
My memories are of long gone days -- I was maybe 9 and my Daddy brought me down to visit Aunt Marie and Uncle Blake and I thought my cousin Katie was the "coolest" and her Don the most handsome ever.  I still clearly remember Don's smile -- it was infectious. And life goes on...Jina, I have gathered from you the joy, companionship, encouragement and so much more you received from your Daddy.  I understand much of it because that's how it was with my Dad, whom I still miss so very much, even now, over 20 years later.  Trust that your Daddy, and all the gifts he imparted upon you along with his tremendous love will live on through you as it will forever reside within you.  I believe you will hear him, sense him as he watches over you from the beautiful place he is now in.  He is free from the challenges of humanity and he can evermore grant you the Beauty of Love, such a great gift from God.  And yes, yes I know, you will will crave his hugs, that sense of protection and wellness that only a father can seem to provide and it is so okay to miss that as you journey forth. Take your time, give ease to yourself and just allow yourself to be, to feel, to grow stronger at your chosen pace.  
I do not know  Don past my young girl impressions yet I thank him profusely for the great legacy of Love he has given all of you.  Rest in Peace Don, as I trust you will, and may the glory, grace, and mercy of God embrace you all Gillotti family as you enter into the journey of loss and also one of renewal as you share with others the gifts Donald Gillotti left with you. Our prayers go out to the family in your time of loss. I worked with Don in the late 90's and would attend Cleveland Baptist church with him. We befriended each other as I'm an ex-cop and love Jesus Christ also. I will miss him greatly, his kind gentle spirit, but he is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. What a great man! I will find it so hard to live without you.  We spoke at least two times a day and I will miss our morning talks before you went and had coffee with Jack.
