I always enjoyed talking with Elmer.  Our prayers are with all the family.

Elmer, you will be hugely missed at our fun gatherings R.I.P.  What a precious Godly man! A genuine soul. Hugs and prayers to the family.

Elmer was an inspirational gentleman and a peacemaker. We very much enjoyed the time we spent with him an Joanne at C.PP.S. Companions retreats. Sending love and condolences from the Precious Blood family to Joanne and all of the Aspery family.

I enjoyed our conversations we had before the 4:00 mass on Saturdays. I will miss those conversations. My wife and I send condolences to your wife,daughter,son. Rest in peace my friend

My favorite memory of Elmer, was with Himself & Joanne on our visits with Victor. 
Our last two visits with all of us together, we played the card game spades. Elmer was so silly when he, & Victor were beating Joanne and I, he had us all cracking up. Iâ€™ll never forget it and neither will Victor. Elmer, Victor loved, and cared for you a lot. He also will miss you more than words can ever say.

My heartfelt prayers to all of you. Elmer was a Gentleman who I admired and wanted to be when I grow up. He always styled and profiled. His strong faith, love for the Holy Family, and God is admirable. His love for his family is incomparable. His love for his friends will always be remembered. 

He never had anything bad to say about anyone. He lived the Beatitudes and the Ten Commandments. He knew the Way, Truth and the Life.

His letters to me have made an impact in my life. I will always be greatful to him and our Tuesday Nights.

Rest in peace Elmer, you were a wonderful man.

Our prayers are with you and the family. Iâ€™ll never forget how Elmer would care Brett around the church to the water fonts when I was busy taking care of work business before the school Masses. Iâ€™m sure Elmer enjoyed it and I know Brett liked the attention. I think about you often. Love and Prayers to all of you.

I will always remember his kindness and gentle nature. I remember how he would carry Brett around the church to the water fonts while I was setting up for the school Masses. He certainly was a great help to me by doing just that one small gesture. Youâ€™re all in our prayers.

I met Elmer at his wedding, it's been my pleasure to be friends with him and his family for 46 years.  Uncle Elmer, you'll be missed!

What a great person. A true representative of what we all should strive to be. He always showed love and care to everyone.  He will be greatly missed.
