Ernest was born on August 14th, 1935 in Springfield, Pennsylvania to the late Hanson and Sylvia Walters. He was preceded in death by his wife Evelyn and brothers Bill, Sam, Leo and Ed. Survived by children Ernie Jr. and Elaine (Gary), sister Edna, special Poppy to Kelly (Travis) and Lindsey, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A hard-working man, Ernie put in 50+ years of service with Burdett Oxygen, AGA, and Linde. A devoted husband, father and grandfather, he enjoyed his trips with Evelyn and spending time with the family. He will be dearly missed by all.
The family will receive friends on Saturday November 2, 2024 from 10AM-12PM with a service at 12PM at Craciun Funeral Home, 14925 E. Bagley Rd., Middleburg Heights. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park in North Olmsted.
