Fortunata Milluzzi passed on June 15, 2026, at the age of 94, having been born on October 17, 1931. Beloved wife of the late Alexander "Alex" Milluzzi. Loving mother of Frank Milluzzi (Joan, MD), Alex Milluzzi (Meegan), Sylvio Milluzzi (Kelly) and Josette McCandlish (Tony).
Cherished "Nonna" of Andrew Milluzzi (Kristen), Anthony Milluzzi (Catherine), Mallory Crone (Dan), Kevin Milluzzi (Sarah), Michael Milluzzi (Katie), Anna Mokris (Chris), Nicholas Milluzzi (Danielle), Vince Milluzzi and Nico McCandlish. Great grandmother of Laura, Brighten, Elena, Sophia and Audrey.

A Mass of Christian Burial celebrating her life will be held at St. Rocco Church, Thursday June 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
