Frances Costanzo

At the age of nine, Frances immigrated to the United States, where she attended Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School and graduated from St. Augustine High School. She built a life rooted in faith, family, hard work, and love.

Frances is survived by her beloved husband of 66 years, Thomas Costanzo; her devoted four children, Mary Jo Costanzo, Gina Costanzo, Thomas Costanzo Jr., and Lisa Cantwell (Joshua), Nonna to seven grandchildren, Vanessa Fasano, David Fasano (Natalie), Michael Fasano, Julia Hopkins (Ryan), Giuliana Cantwell, Alessandra Cantwell, Dominic Cantwell, and her cherished great-granddaughter, Bianca Hopkins. She was the loving sister of Maria (Antonio) Belmonte (both deceased) and Rosa (Antonio) Ruggiero (both deceased). Dearest aunt, cousin, and friend of many.

Frances devoted her life to her family and found her greatest joy in caring for those she loved. Her kitchen was the heart of the home, where she expressed her love through home-cooked meals and treasured moments shared with her family. She had a gift for bringing loved ones together, creating memories that will be cherished for generations.

She was a devoted Catholic and an active member of St. Bartholomew Church since 1975 and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel since 1954. She was an active member of the Sacred Heart Sodality at Mt. Carmel since 1983 and Leader of Our Lady of Fatima Rosary Prayer Group since 1993. She was also a member of the Neo-Catechumenal Way at Holy Family Church in Parma since 1997.

Family will receve friends Tuesday August 4, 2026, from 4 - 8pm at Craciun Funeral Home 14925 East Bagley Rd., Middleburg Hts, Ohio, 44130. Funeral Mass Wednesday at 10 am at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 6928 Detroit Ave, Cleveland, Ohio. Please meet at Church. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery.

Frances will be remembered for her unwavering faith, kind heart, generous spirit, and unconditional love. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered.
