Beloved husband of 72 years to the late Barbara (nee Meriwether); devoted father of Donna Fondale (Dan), Harold “Danny” Sweeney (deceased), David Sweeney, and Debra Rolko (Keith); Cherished grandfather of Danielle Barricklow (Jeff), Deanna Melendez (Brian), Joey Rolko, Kaylee Johnson (Adam), Kristen Smith (Mike) and Kaitlin Rolko; Great Grandfather of 20 and Great-Great Grandfather of 4; along with many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his siblings Lucille Slipski, Gene Sweeney, Ray Sweeney, Lenore Turner, Cecil Sweeney, and Barbara Kibbee.

Funeral Services 12:00 noon Monday, March 16, 2026 at the funeral home. Interment Strongsville Cemetery.
