Hortencia F. Gerardo, M.D. (nee Flotildes) passed on July 2, 2026, at the age of 98. Beloved wife of 68 years to the late Ernesto, M.D. Loving and devoted mother of Ernesto A. Gerardo M.D. (Patria, M.D.) and Hortense Gerardo M.D./PhD. (Jon Wade, PhD). Cherished grandmother of Ernesto III (Cassandra), Rodrigo Gerardo M.D. (Marie Walters M.D.), Gina Gerardo, PhD. (Evan Mickey), Roland Atema (Caley Beard), Sylvie (Seeley Davidson); great grandmother of Pacifica, Malaya, Ava, Marcelina, Rizal and Reyna. Dear sister of the late Fely Battad and Carmen Rosales. Also survived by nieces, nephews, and many dear friends.
