Howard was born in Painesville, Ohio, the son of the late Arthur and Shirley (nee Caldwell) Doing. He is the husband of Reyna (nee Sagrero); loving father of Thomas (Jill) Doing, Arthur (Vanessa) Doing, Miranda (Kaden) Parks and Marty (David) Baker; cherished grandfather of eleven; dear brother of Barbara VanGezelle (Robert, deceased) and the late Cindy (Melvin) Bird and Jackie (Keith) Slitor; adored uncle and friend of many.
