Beloved husband to Cindy for 25 years, loving father of Jesse Barnes, Joseph Barnes, Ashley Campos and Rachel Marra; dearest grandfather of Adrina and Dominic Campos. Brother of Chris Indovina and Jill Donovan (Tom); uncle of Michael Donovan (Brooke), Jason Donovan and Angie Boskovitch, brother-in-law of Jociel Stavole.
Jack was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend, a well-respected and deeply loved man whose generous spirit lifted all knew him. He loved riding his motorcycle, attending concerts, and spending time with family – especially grandchildren. A dedicated family man and loyal friend, he embodied timeless working-class values. His character was one of kindness, honesty and reliability, he never hesitated to lend a hand. If you could break it – Jack could fix it!
Jack was a gifted drummer and played with Silver Horse, a popular Cleveland rock band in the 1970’s. He used his creativity and technical skills in his hobby of arranging music. Jack’s fascination with new technology meant there was always some new device in the house whether the rest of the family was ready for it or not.
Jack had a career in advertising before transitioning to the LTL freight industry where he eventually became a Driver Development Instructor – a mentorship role that suited his humility and patience and one that he was extremely proud of.
Jack’s love of animals was one of the purest expressions of who he was. His two beloved boxers were more than pets - they were family; faithful companions who brought him endless joy.
Those fortunate enough to know Jack, knew his heart was bigger than most. The Lord called Jack’s gentle soul home, he is now among the saints.
