James M. Troyer

JAMES M. TROYER, age 60. Husband of Gigi. Loving father of June & Benjamin. Dearest son of John and Ruth. Cherished brother of John P. Jr. “Skip”, Dale, Debra, Sandra, Thomas and Neil (Barbara). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends. 

James excelled in High School sports such as Football, Wrestling, Track and was all LEL and received other awards.

He graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bio Medical Technology Degree and after working as a (Med Tech) for awhile he went into sales for Medical Equipment working for Info Lab and then others.

He was the president of his HOA, he was also his sons troops Quartermaster. He was a man whose first concern was not himself but that of anyone else was doing okay. James would always tell us about how he would look out for his customers and make sure they weren’t wasting money.  He would build and do projects for his sons Cub Scout group like making these pump stands that would launch 2L water rockets.

 If you needed him to take on a burden he would, didn’t matter if he was already carrying more.

   In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions to Frontotemporal Dementia. Mass of Christian Burial Friday March 3, 2023 St. Colette Church, 330 West 130th Street (Brunswick) at 11:00 AM. (EVERYONE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment Private. The family will receive friends THURSDAY 4 – 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
