He was born in Cleveland, the son of Edward and Diane (nee Ballou) Burns. Jeff is the beloved father of Alexandra "Lexie" Burns and step-father of Kayla (Matthew) Anderson; loving brother of Scott (Rose) Burns and Brian Burns; dear nephew of Douglas (Cheryl) Ballou, Debbie "Dee Dee" (Michael, deceased) Oswalt and Raymond (Carol) Burns; cousin and friend of many.
