Joan is survived by her children, LuAnn O’Connor and Bryant Belter; grandchildren, Russell (Stephanie) O’Connor, Shannon (Erik) Deeds, Lindsey O’Connor and Gavin Belter; great-grandson, Jensen O’Connor and sister, Helen Ciulla.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James; parents, Joseph and Nellie McFetridge and a sister, Irene Kohlmeyer.
A Committal Service will take place on Thursday, February 19, 2026 at 12:45PM (Please arrive by 12:30PM) at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, OH 44273.
