John Andrew Fekete

Beloved husband married for 70 years to Melvina O. Fekete (nee Flory).  Loving father to Melanie Gibbons (John), Robbie Browning (Randy (dec.), the late Cathy Sprok (Andy (dec.) and Connie Turner (Ed).  Cherished grandfather of 15.  Great-grandfather of 34.  Son of the late John and Helen (nee Molnar) Fekete.  Brother of Robert Fekete (dec.) and Eugene Fekete (Sue).  Brother-in-law, Uncle, Cousin of many and friend to all who knew him.  Mr. Fekete proudly served our country in The Naval Reserves and The United States Air Force. John retired from Alcoa after 44 years. John was also a licensed cosmetologist who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and “treasure hunting”. He was an avid gardener and “The Ultimate Collector”.  John may have been a stubborn man, but he was a man that had the biggest heart.  He will be truly missed by all. 

The family will receive friends Friday, October 25, 2024 from 2:00-6:00pm at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME 18149 BAGLEY RD., MIDDLEBURG HTS. (WEST OF I-71) where services will begin at 6:00pm.
