Beloved daughter of Lucy Moss and the late Daniel Carare; loving sister of Brandon and Kimmie; cherished granddaughter of Helen and Anthony Konczak, the late Edward Kosarzycki and Marion and the late Florin Carare. Kristin passed away March 5, 2018. A memorial visitation will be held at CRACIUN FUNERAL HOME, 14925 E. BAGLEY RD. MIDDLEBURG HTS on FRIDAY, APRIL 13 from 4-8 P.M.
