Two memories compete for the best: When I first met Gaye I remember sitting in the living room of her apartment...we were just talking and something took my attention from the conversation. Then I hear "Charlie - CATCH" I lifted my head to a fast moving Hershey Kiss coming across the room. I couldn't catch it but managed to swat it away just before to hit my head. It was then that I knew for sure we would get along fantastically.

The other was just this past Mother's Day. Debbie and I spent a week with Gaye and Christine. Since we could not be there for Gaye's birthday, we decided to take her to the local mall...we ended up in Yankee Candle. We told her to pick out whatever she wanted. It was like watching a child given the run of a toy store...giant grin...eyes wide with excitement...she didn't know what to look at first. It was great to see her having such a good time. For a few moments she had no cares or concerns. I feel blessed to have been there to share that with her.

Gaye will be deeply missed, but I am sure we will meet up again so she can sling candy at me without warning. Love ya, lady!

Making cookies with Mama ❤
When I was younger & it would start to get cool in the evenings, We would make cobblers-pies-cakes. Most of all we baked cookies.Lots & lots of cookies!Choc.chip, oatmeal, pumpkin, sugarcookies too- just to name a few. However I do know that Mama's fav. cookie is a peanut butter cookie with a Hershey Kiss on top..
Im forever grateful for the love and memories I have with my Mama ❤ 🌹

Hi Mama ❤. When I was younger our family would go to Geauga Beach. There was a amusement park there.Uncle Herman & his family went with us on that day. I was riding the swing ride when all of a sudden - POOF off went my right flip flop! It was somewhere in the crowd of people below. Mama got me a new pair of flip flops from the park. I don't know how many times Mama & I laughed about this since then :) haha. Mama I'll meet you in Heaven one day. I love you Dearly.. All my love.. Debbie
