Ray was born in Campbell and raised in Struthers, Ohio. He was a proud WWII Navy veteran and dedicated to his church.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 17, 2021, at 12PM at St. Mary Romanian Orthodox Cathedral, 3256 Warren Rd., Cleveland, where the family will receive friends from 11:30AM until the time of service. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park will be private for the family.
