To Judy & Barlow Family -
My deepest sympathy goes out to you. Dick was a good man, and loved by many, and meant so much to so many people. You are all in my thoughts & prayers...I know that he will be remembered fondly and missed by so many.

My very deepest condolences to the Barlow Family. You do not know me, but I knew Dick when I was 14 years old (we were next door neighbors on East 83rd Street). I remember his Mom, Dad and younger brother "Ricky." The last time I saw him I was 18 years old. I was so sad to learn of his passing and wanted to let you, his family, know that my thoughts and prayers are with you.

My condolences for the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the words of the Holy Scriptures which says: "From the hand of Sheol I shall redeem them, from death I shall recover them..."
