RICHARD M. BLUEMEL, age 74. Beloved husband of 48 years to Deborah (nee Spohn). Loving father of Richard Jr. and Karl. Dear brother of Carol Shown (Ron) and the late Carl and Frank. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
