He enjoyed travelling to Ireland and Scotland on golf holidays with his wife and cherished friends, with one of his favorite courses being St. Andrews Old Course. His love of travel did not end with golf, as he enjoyed spending time with family and friends on vacations that took him to places like South Carolina, Florida, Hawaii, and even Peru. He also attended Superbowl XXX where his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers faced the Dallas Cowboys.
Dick was very proud of his sons. He celebrated their accomplishments in competitive swimming and diving, watching them become the men and fathers they are. He loved doting on his grandkids. Dick enjoyed spending summer nights on the deck with a cold Miller Lite listening to Mr. Classic on 98.5 FM. He loved going out for dinners, concerts and celebrating with friends. He treasured spending valuable time with family.
