RONALD F. STEVENS, age 88. Beloved husband of 68 years to Deloris Stevens (nee Osborne). Loving father of Denise Meehan (nee Stevens), Craig Stevens (Deceased), and Rhonda Kolenc (David). Cherished grandfather of Candise Horton, Melissa Orenich (Tim), Sean Meehan (Allyson), Joshua Kolenc (Angela), Jesse Kolenc (Jennifer Martin). Adored great grandfather of John Patrick Horton (Deceased), Taylor Horton, Jakob Kolenc, Emily Kolenc, and Silas Martin. Dearest great great grandfather of Nathaniel Horton and Jada Horton. Dear brother of the late Amos R. “Dick” Stevens, Jr., Jackson Stevens, Phyllis Strickland (nee Stevens). Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He was a veteran of the Ohio Air and Army National Guard, and a respected educator at Kent State University, Maple Heights City Schools and Life Skills Charter Schools of Cleveland. He was known for his kindness, generosity and steadfast commitment to his faith in Jesus Christ. Final resting place Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, send donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

The family will receive friends from 1 – 3PM for a Celebration of Life Service. The gathering and service will be held on Saturday, June 6th at the A. RIPEPI & SONS GATHERING CENTER, 18149 BAGLEY RD., MIDDLEBURG HTS., OH 44130 (WEST OF I-71).
