Steven J. Poloha

STEVEN J. POLOHA, age 70. Father of Shane and Allison. Son of the late Joseph and Barbara Poloha (nee Jackson). Brother of Mark Poloha (Sherry), Nancy Jones (Bruce), Barbara Meel (Donald), Ruth Wagner (David), John Poloha (Christi), and Maryann Keller (Christopher). Also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Steve was a compassionate, loving, generous person. He loved giving just to see the smile on someone’s face. When he met someone he was sure to get their name so that when he saw them again he could call them by name.

Whether playing, watching or listening on the radio, sports was always one of his passions. He especially loved the Cleveland Indians. Steve enjoyed reminiscing about the good times spent with family and friends. He loved laughing about past times playing baseball, camping, going to concerts and being with friends listening to music.

He will be missed by many! Though gone from sight, Steve will never leave our hearts. He will live in the love we shared and the memories of our family.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday November 14, 2025, at 6PM in the funeral home. Interment PRIVATE. The family will receive friends on Friday from 4PM – 6PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD MIDDLEBURG HTS., OH 44130 (WEST OF I-71).
