Veronika Petrov

Born in Mramok, Serbia, she was the beloved daughter of the late Nikola and Kristina Rusalin.

Veronika was the devoted wife of the late Petar Petrov; loving mother of Mirjana Yoho and Sasha Petrov; cherished "Nicka" of Nicholas Yoho and Zachary Yoho; dear sister of Aaron Rusalin, Florika Jovanov, and the late Nikola Rusalin, Cornelia Stefan, and Aurel Rusalin. She was also a beloved aunt and dear friend to many.

Veronika found great joy in gardening, cooking, baking, and knitting. She lovingly shared her talents and hospitality with family and friends throughout her life. A devoted Christian, she was a faithful member of the Apostolic Christian Church of Brunswick Hills. She enjoyed reading her Bible, generously giving her time to her church congregation, whom she considered family, and supporting others through her charitable spirit and unwavering faith.

Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, June 15, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at A. Ripepi & Sons Funeral Home, 18149 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Woodvale Cemetery in Middleburg Heights.
