

William “Bill” Stephen Rusinko, age 52, passed away on August 4, 2026. Born on March 25, 1974, in Cleveland, Ohio, Bill was the beloved husband to Robin Rusinko; devoted father to Kenzie Rusinko and the late Cole Rusinko; treasured brother to Natalie Tahsler; devoted brother-in-law to Chris Szydlowski and Diana (Mark) Nickle; beloved uncle to Hannah Tahsler and Brendan Tahsler; cherished son of the late William Edward Rusinko and the late Katherine Karen Rusinko; and caring son-in-law to Linda Szydlowski and the late Ronald Szydlowski.
Bill graduated from the University of Akron. For many years, he dedicated his career in commercial plumbing and was a part of the Plumbers Union Local NO. 55. He was a kind, generous, and loving man who cared deeply for his friends and family. Those who knew Bill will always remember the way he always lent a helping hand or made them laugh and smile. He was always eager to teach others important life skills, and those who survive Bill will forever be grateful for the lessons he taught. Many memories are shared spending time in his garage, listening to classic rock, telling stories, and overall enjoying the company of his friends, family, and neighbors. He also enjoyed vintage cars and was a fan of the Cleveland Browns. Bill leaves a lasting legacy of good times, and his memory will forever remain in the hearts of his loved ones.
The family would like to give special thanks to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and DaVita Kidney Center for their utmost care and support. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, August 13, 2026, from 2PM-6PM at Craciun Funeral Home 14925 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, Ohio, 44130. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made out in honor of Bill to Cleveland Clinic Foundation and The American Diabetes Association.
