William R. Stanton passed on August 22, 2026, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of 37 years to Joyce (nee DiLello); devoted father of Laura Howard (John-deceased) and Patricia Painting (Drew); cherished grandfather of Matthew Delaney, Lauren Slys (Mark), and Caitlyn Guinta (Daniel); and great grandfather of Grace, Caroline, Luke, Noelle, Claire, and Henry (deceased); caring brother of the late James (Ethel) and Daniel; dear son of the late Daniel and Margaret; also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Funeral service 12:30 pm Thursday, August 27, 2026 at the funeral home. Interment North Royalton Cemetery.
