

Bill was on active duty for three years in the US Army. After his service, he worked for Western Southern Life, where he retired after 28 years. Throughout his life, he impacted many people through 52 years in the Victor’s Quartet, being the baritone (or barelytone) singing gospel music and being the group’s bus driver. Bill was also very active at church, serving numerous times as a deacon and trustee. He was also an avid golfer with one career hole-in-one and enjoyed Ohio State watch parties with his grandson’s family and friends.
Bill passed away, surrounded by his loving family and pastor.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his former wife, Marlene McKee Jordan, his brothers Robert and John, and his sister Verna Mae.
Billy is survived by his wife of 48 years, Beulah “Boots” Jordan; son Douglas Dietz (Sandie and children, Wendy Mathew and DeeDee Cornett); daughter Debbie Koford (Tom Moucka); grandson Jeremy Jordan (Rana); granddaughters Lexie Baugher and Dr. Ellie Baugher and Hannah Jordan; great-grandsons Bradley, Brady, Bryce, and Wade; and great-granddaughters Brooke, Brynn, and Isabelle, along with his beloved dog, Riley. His is also survived by his brother, James Jordan of Joliette, Illinois.
Private services were held. Burial was at Grace Memorial Gardens, 3023 N. Union Rd., Franklin, OH 45005.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church Building Fund, 6355 Manchester Rd. #4338, Franklin, OH 45005.
