Chuck worked at PAC Worldwide for over 20 years. He was a large part of the Motorcycle Ministry at Unity Baptist Church where he was a member. He loved the outdoors, riding his Harley, fishing and being around his church, family and friends. Chuck enjoyed being a soccer coach and ref, especially to his three girls, in the Madison Community. He also enjoyed playing video games and shooting firearms with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Nathan (Shirley) Combs, Edith (Clyde) Koenig and Roscoe (Lizzy) Lunsford.
Chuck is survived by his high school sweetheart, his wife of 32 years, Jackie; children, Brittany (Blake) Worthington, Brooklyn (Isaac) Harlow and Autumn Combs; granddaughter, Iris Worthington; parents, Charles (Pam) Combs and Martha (Joe) Sherman; siblings, Lisa (Greg) Geloff, Kristine (Eric) Anderson, David (Matt Meier) Sherman, Joshua Toms, Season (Les) Brown and Carrie Johnson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other loved ones.
The family of Charles “Chuck” Combs wishes to extend their thanks and gratitude to the first responders of the Germantown Police/Fire/EMS teams and Miami Valley Hospital for their quick action and outstanding care.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Saturday, September, 9, 2023 at 3pm, Unity Baptist Church, 5960 Trenton Franklin Road, Middletown, OH 45042. All are welcome!
