Dennis is preceded in death by his mother, Barb Moore and brother, Rob Moore. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Cynthia Moore; two daughters, Jamie and Ashley Moore; father, John Moore Sr. and brother, John Moore Jr.
Visitation will be 5-7 PM on August 15, 2020 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin St., Middletown, OH 45044.
