He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Robin Fields; son, Joshua Fields; step daughter, Sarah Fletcher; two step sons, Mark Garitson, Matt Garitson; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; two sisters; Susan Vires, Tammy Powers; two brothers, Gary Cooper, Rick Powers and numerous nieces and nephews.
Eddie Ray is preceded in death by his daughter, Gretchen Fields; sister, Beverly Ann Powers and brother Bojack Powers.
A visitation for Eddie will be held Wednesday, September 4, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin, Middletown, Ohio 45044. A funeral service will follow at 1:00 PM also at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Woodside Cemetery.
