Elsie G. Hornbeck, age 97, of Franklin, OH, passed away on October 18, 2026. She was born on December 25, 1928, in West Middletown, OH, the daughter of Arthur Martin Myers and Mildred (Hetzler) Myers. Elsie attended Breiel Church of God.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, W.T. Wolfenberger; second husband, Mason Hornbeck; grandsons, Michael Riley and Ryan Wolfenberger.
Elsie is survived by her son, Steve Wolfenberger; daughter, Cindy (Chuck) Boyer; grandchildren, David (Melissa) Riley, Justin Riley, Steven (Becca) Wolfenberger, Jimmy Boyer, Marsia Boyer and Saron Boyer; great-grandchildren, Garrett Riley, Ella Riley, Claire Wolfenberger, Graham Wolfenberger; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be 11:30 AM-12:30 PM on Monday, October 26, 2026, 2026 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:30 PM with Chaplain Barry Shafer officiating. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
