

With heavy hearts, the Williams family announces the passing of Gary Monroe Williams on February 8th, 2025. He was born August 2, 1951 in Middletown, Ohio, the son of George Monroe and Lena Ruth (Ferguson) Williams. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, friend, and proud Marine, Gary was the foundation of the Williams family, their rock, their protector, and the heart of their lives.
Gary lived with kindness, laughter, and an unwavering love for those around him. He always sought the best in others and left the world a better place than he found it. Above all, he was a gentle soul who deeply cherished and adored his beloved wife, Nancy Williams.
His greatest gift was his steadfast belief in his family. No matter the circumstance, he stood by their side, offering encouragement and making them feel as though they could accomplish anything. His unconditional love was a blessing to all who knew him.
He is deeply loved and missed beyond words. While his absence leaves an unfillable void, his family finds comfort in knowing they will one day be reunited.
Gary’s legacy of love, strength, and devotion will live on forever in the hearts of those he touched.
In addition to his parents, Gary is preceded in death by his sister, Georgia Ann Bowling and two brothers.
Gary is survived by his wife of 56 years, Nancy; daughters, Kimberly Miller (Doug), Melissa (Brent) Fraley, Lisa Williams, Julie (Jeremiah) Doliboa; grandchildren, Morgan Miller, Meghan (Justin) Duncan, Kaleb Miller, Ashley (Zachary) Barker, Allison (Robert) Campbell, Kyle Larison, Zack Larison, Kaitlyn (Ally) Harrison, John Paul Doliboa, Julianna Doliboa, Glenn (Aaron) Bowling, Mason Fraley, Beau Creekbaum; great grandchildren, Zoey Larison, Brooks Duncan, Grace Barker, Lillian Barker, Winston Fraley, Quinn Bowling, and numerous other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be 11 am -1 pm on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 pm with Pastor Duane Harney officiating. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
