Jake was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He worked at Atlas, retiring after 30 years of service. Jake enjoyed playing poker and raising farm animals.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Rodney Poff, Wilma Sibcy, Thomas Poff, Janet Blake, and Joy Callahan.
Jake is survived by his wife, Sherry Poff; Sue Ellen (Ray) Sharpless, Crystal (Brian) Combs; grandchildren, Jonah Combs, Alexia White, Rayne White; siblings, Lester (Renee) Poff, Carolyn Wells, Brenda Barnett, Helen (Kevin) Wagoner; numerous nieces and nephews, and many other loving family members and friends.
