Joyce Ann Turner, age 90 of Carlisle passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at her residence. She was born June 21, 1935, in Lebanon, Ohio the daughter of George and Helen (Bassett) McElfresh. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frank Turner, Jr., and brothers Bill McElfresh, and Russ McElfresh.
She is survived by three daughters, Vicki (Jim) Crooks of Indiana, Cheryl Williams of Middletown, and Patricia (Joe) DeMun of Franklin; three sons, Jack (Christy) Turner of Middletown, Ed (Leslie Lott) Turner of Monroe, and Larry (Kim Markham) Turner of Carlisle; 17 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and a sister, Sarah Steele(Ray). Along with many other loving relatives too numerous to list.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Thursday at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home with Reverend Shawn Bowling officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm Thursday until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
