Kenneth Pearson

Kenneth “Kenny” Charles Pearson, 45, of Middletown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on September 8, 2026.

Kenny was born on September 29, 1980 in Oxford, Ohio, to the late James Michael and Judith “Judy” Ann (Loge) Pearson. He was a beloved friend to many and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Kenny was known for his quick-witted jokes, his deep love for his cats, his interest in M.A.S.K., and his talent for always finding a good deal. Kenny was an avid fan of music from the 50s and 60s, especially The Monkees, he also enjoyed the music of Dwight Yoakum. He genuinely cared about others and built many meaningful friendships throughout his life. Kenny spent his career in hospitality, where his ability to connect with people was a natural gift.

Kenny was also an avid sports fan. He proudly followed the Cincinnati Bengals, the Indiana Fever and Pacers, Miami University of Ohio, and professional wrestling.

Kenny could not meet a stranger. He was always ready with a listening ear, a quick joke, or an encouraging word. His kindness, humor, and genuine care for others touched the lives of many.

Kenny is survived by his girlfriend, Kathryn “Katie” Quist of Xenia, Ohio; his cat, Aviva; close friends Ron and Melva Alstatter of Springboro, Ohio; his Uncle Gary and Aunt Linda Loge; his Uncle Don and Aunt Karen, his nephews and niece; and many cousins and friends who loved him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James Michael Pearson and Judith “Judy” Ann Pearson; his brother, James “Jimmy” Pearson; his niece; and his beloved cat, Rosie.

A visitation and celebration of Kenny’s life will be held on September 20th from 1:00-3:00 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home in Middletown, Ohio. A private burial will be held later.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The MeowZa Cat Boutique or the Humane Society of Greater Dayton in Kenny’s memory.

Kenny leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, kindness, and friendship. His quick wit, generous heart, and ability to make people feel valued will never be forgotten. He will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
