In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Karen Sue Fall; and a brother, Breck Powell.
Lelia is survived by her husband of 67 years, Arliss Tibbs; daughter, Sandra D. Tibbs (James Miller); grandson, Justin S. Fall; granddaughters, Jessica L. Fall, Rachel Rossi; great-grandchildren, Lilly and Hunter Rossi; sisters, Carolyn Powell, Brenda Smyth; brother, Lloyd Thomas Powell; and many other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery.
