Leroy served in the United States Army. Before retirement, he was a farmer and also devoted himself to a variety of factory jobs and remodeling businesses.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Ethel Prater Hill; second wife, Nancy Hill; sister, Imogene Hill Behymer; stepchildren, Shirley Sizemore, Bonnie Sizemore and Danny Sizemore.
Leroy is survived by his daughter, Dora Hill Orwig; son-in-law, John Orwig; granddaughter, Heather Orwig; partner, Virginia "Ginny" Sears; and many other loving family members and friends.
A Graveside Service will be at 11:00 AM, Monday, July 13, 2026 at Woodside Cemetery (Section 19), 1401 Woodside Blvd., Middletown, OH 45044, with Pastor Janet Rader officiating.
