Madeline C. Bell, age 87, passed away on September 2, 2026. She was born January 15, 1939 in Elverton, WV, the daughter of Antonio Garcia Galera III of Spain and Kathleen Gaynette Porter of Brewster, VA.
Madeline was a medical transcriptionist and a fantastic bowler. She also enjoyed singing.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Bell; brothers, Antonio "Buddy" Garcia, Alfred Clinton Garcia; sisters, Dolores "Lola" Crawford, Janice Randall and stepfather, Sidney Johnson.
Madeline is survived by her daughter Lynne Bell; grandson, Noah Elsaesser; brother-in-law, Richard Randall; and other loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 5 PM-7 PM Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 7 PM at the funeral home.
