I just heard about Margarets passing.  I am so sorry to hear of the family's loss.  I worked with Margaret at Lexus Nexus and when she came to work at IBM.   She was always such a sweetheart, always smiling...  She was a great asset to our team at IBM.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I had the privilege of working alongside Margaret Anne Mills at Kyndryl, where she was not only a dedicated professional but also a kind and supportive colleague. Her wisdom and warmth made a lasting impact on everyone she worked with. Margaret had a remarkable ability to bring people together, always willing to share her knowledge and lend a helping hand. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her contributions and the positive energy she brought to our team will never be forgotten. We were all so sad to hear of the passing of Margaret.  She will a friend as well as a colleague to so many of us in Kyndryl and she is very much missed.

I am Madison Mills grandmother and I met her only a couple times when we had bridal shower and  at wedding for Madison and her son Joe.  She was very pleasant person.

Margaret was mentoring me for a year at work until last May when she went into treatment. When I heard about the diagnosis, my heart broke.  She was the one who truly believed in me. She never missed a chance to recognise when I did something good and to encourage ne when I felt down. Both on emotional and professional levels she was my lead...she was like a second mom to me. I was amazed by her bravery and strength during her treatment. She sent me some updates from time to time which I cherished then and will cherish forever. I will never forget all the meetings she made fantastic with her presence, her unique way of seeing things, her seemless style and sense of calming the storms and solving issues..ah the eternal example for me! 
Accept my deepest sympathy...cannot imagine how hard it must be for you.. praying for you in these very very sad times!

I first met Margaret as one of my coaches in an emotional intelligence leadership training program. She was fiery, kind, and full of life. After graduating from the program, I returned to coach another class and was blessed to share the space with Margaret again, this time as a teammate. She would do breathing and meditation exercises for anyone who requested it, always generous with her time and knowledge. She exuded a strong motherly energy that made everyone feel safe. Margaret was also someone who embodied both her masculine and feminine traits in perfect harmony. Each shined and inspired everyone in her path. I am fortunate to have been met Margaret and honored to have called her my friend. May she forever rest in paradise and know that she made a difference in the lives of many. Margaret will be missed . She brought Peace and Wisdom when we went on walks around our lake . And we all know that she brought those to our world. She smiled with twinkling eyes when she talked about her precious family members. As others have said.. she loved being out in nature. So shocked and saddened to hear of Margaret’s passing. She was such a kind person who always made time to help others with her knowledge and experience. She was a dedicated employee. We have so many fond memories of Margaret and your family dating back to when I first met her at the YMCA when Joe was in the infant room with our son Matt.  Margaret was a passionate servant leader who cared deeply for her family and those who she worked with.
