Treva, children & grandchildren & to the rest of Melvin's family. There are just no words. Ray & I were so sorry to hear of your great loss. You all have held a special place in our hearts all of these years. Not only were you great neighbors but you were great friends when Ray & I settled in Middletown. It was a joy attending church with you also. One things for certain. Melvin is free from pain & rejoicing in Heaven with all the family, friends & church family that already reside in there. One day we too will make our final journey home to Heaven. Until that day. The Lord bless you & keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you; The Lord turn His face toward you and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26. God bless. Love & prayers. Dear Treva and Family,

Our hearts are so saddened by the loss of our friend and neighbor that we have known for 43 years. You are all so much more than that. You are FAMILY. We could have never have been anymore blessed than the day that God chose us to be your neighbors. You have set such a godly example for us when we were still young and we cannot thank you enough for that. Melvin is already missed so much and will be continuing to be missed in the days, months, and years ahead. Hopefully, you will find peace and comfort in knowing you will see him again one day. We Love all of you from the bottom of our hearts

We were so blessed to have had the opportunity to know him. Wonderful stories we shared the best neighbors we could have asked for. The years we spent in the house we purchased from them were very special. Melvin would always help me with things and give wonderful advice. Our prayers are with you all.

Dearest Extended family! May the Lord hold and guide you during this time. I have had several great memories of your Dad. Leading the singing at the church on the hill!!! Putting a paint brush in my hand when I was over there. Didn't have a problem putting me to work as well!! Love you all!! So sorry!!!
