Reba Sue Billick, 85, of Hamilton passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. She was born in Wise, Virginia on May 21, 1940 to John and Gladys (Hensley) Justice.
Reba retired from Pacific Bell of Southern California after receiving her baccalaureate degree from University of Maryland. Reba enjoyed traveling, gambling and spending time with her family.
Reba was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Delaney “Darrell” Renfro of Kingsport, TN; brothers, Paul and Johnny Justice and a niece, Janet Justice of Kingsport.
She is survived by her sons, Ken (Carol) Renfro of Riverside, CA, Kirk (Jon Beiser) Renfro of Hamilton; Anthony (Kristen) Billick of Encinitas, CA; daughter, Teresa (Thad) Barrier of Pacific Beach, CA; their father Ronald Billick of Ladera Ranch, CA; sisters, JoAnn (John*) Martin of Annapolis, MD, Wilma (Robert*) Wiggins and Ramona (Roy*) Carter and brother, Joel Justice of Kingsport, TN; grandchildren, Christopher and Kasey Renfro, Vivian and William Billick, and Kaia and Talon Barrier.
A private family service will be held at the convenience of the family.
