

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Sandra Lee Booth, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who left this world peacefully on July 12, 2025, in her hometown of Middletown, Ohio. Born on February 4, 1961, Sandra was a lifelong resident of Middletown, where she touched the lives of many with her warmth, kindness, and unwavering dedication to her family.
Sandra was the daughter of Hubert Addison and Ruby (Belcher) Addison, who preceded her in death, along with her brothers, Rocky and Corky, and her cherished nephew, Chad Selby. She was also preceded in death by her father-in-law, Robert Booth. Despite these losses, Sandra's spirit remained vibrant and resilient, a testament to her strength and love for her family. Sandra is survived by her devoted husband of 42 years, Jack Booth, who was her partner in life and love. Together, they created a beautiful family and built a life filled with cherished memories.
Sandra's love extended to her children, Andrea Wilmoth and Jacob (Lauren) Booth, and Eli (Katelyn) Booth, who brought her immeasurable joy and pride. She was also a doting grandmother to her seven grandchildren: Brody, Johanna, Marley, Mark, Jaxton, Ivan, and Eva, who were the lights of her life and fondly referred to her as "Mamaw." Sandra had a special bond with her siblings, including her sisters, Rosie (John) Pate and Barbara Sparkman, and her brother, Randy Addison. She also held dear the relationship with her sister-in-law, Leann Baker, and took great joy in the many nieces and nephews who enriched her life.
Throughout her life, Sandra was known as a hard worker, a loving wife, and an incredible mother and grandmother. Her days were often filled with laughter and love, as she dedicated herself to spending quality time with family. Whether it was hosting family gatherings, cheering on her grandchildren at their various events, or simply enjoying quiet moments together, Sandra's warmth and passion for family were evident to all who knew her.
Visitation will be 5:00 pm-7:00 pm on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Middletown Nazarene Church, 215 S Sutphin St, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 AM, Friday, July 18, 2025, at the church with Pastor Adam Profitt officiating. Burial will be at Butler County Memorial Park.
