Stanley Paul Becraft
November 19, 1966 – September 12, 2021
Stanley Paul Becraft Jr., born 11-19-1966 in Winchester, KY, went home to be with Jesus on 9-12-21 after a short battle with cancer.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandmother, Helen Pearl Eastin; father, Stanley Paul Becraft, Sr. and paternal grandparents, John Garnet and Esther Reffitt Becraft.
He was survived in death by his mother, Janet Lee Tobias; sister, Lisa Kendrick; brother, Jason Paul Becraft; four nephews; three nieces and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Stanley also was cared for in his early years by Bernice Kimbrell Berry of Winchester, KY and was especially close throughout his life to her granddaughter, Lisa Smiley and Bernice's great grandson, Samuel Smiley of Ohio.
Paul spent the last few years of his life in Ohio where he thrived at his job at the Kohl's Warehouse in Monroe, OH. While living there, he obtained an Industrial Maintenance Certification at Butler Technical School. Paul graduated from George Rogers Clark High School in 1985. He was awarded a Citizenship Medal and had many certificates for perfect attendance while attending school. His biggest dream was to go to Hawaii and the zoo. He loved computers, gaming, animals, watching movies, cookouts, Kings Island, Ale-8 and home cooked meals.
Paul had a kind heart and many loved his gift of humor and laughter and his never-ending willingness to help those in need.
There will be no formal memorial but his wishes to scatter his ashes will be privately honored. In lieu of flowers and gifts, Paul would be most happy if you would honor his life by donating to a local shelter, food bank of choice or the zoo.
