Terrill "Chuck" Jones, age 63, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 11, 2021. He was born August 22, 1957 in Middletown, OH, the son of Lloyd and Joyce (Hitte) Jones.

Chuck is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Timothy "Bo" Jones; sister, Annette Young and granddaughter, Shannon Izzabella.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 41 years, Janet Jones; two daughters, Carrie Jones and Tara Jones; son, Charles Jones; grandchildren, Skyler, Dylan, Nicholas, Deven and Jamie Jr.; great-grandchildren, Luna Isabel; sisters, Sharon Johnson, Faye Jones, Greta (Tim) Pelfrey and Jannette Bowman; brothers, Randy (Donna) Jones, Larry (Gwen) Jones, Ben (April) Jones, Bill (Lori) Jones, Gary Jones (Charles Scherbauer) and Brian Jones.

Visitation will be Wednesday, February 17, 2021 from 5-8 pm at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044.
