She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Paul Kinzer; son, Jeff Spicer; sisters, Callie Salley, Genola Brewer, Jean Sheffield, Maye Haddix, Wilda Boggess; and brothers, J. F. Tolson and Willard Tolson.
Velma is survived by her daughter, Kim Holt; grandchildren, Cameron Holt and Courtney Holt; sister, Margie (Dennis) McClanahan and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 10:00 am - 11:00 am on Monday, May 12, 2025 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 am. Burial will be at North Monroe Cemetery.
