While Vince was always a diehard Middletown "Middie " he made a tremendous contribution to the Monroe High School baseball program. His guidance and baseball knowledge was greatly responsible for the growth of many Hornet baseball players. His adventures during our spring trips to South Carolina and Florida provide many a lasting memory of Coach Vince. May you rest in peace still wearing the Middletown purple but maybe a little Monroe blue and gold.

Vince, you were more than a brother-in-law to Jay and I, you were a good friend. We were so blessed to know you. Thank you for making my Sister Linda so happy. I am so glad that we have so many good memories of you. But it breaks my heart that I will never hear that wonderful laugh of yours or you giving me a hard time about my Cowboys. It will never be the same. We already miss you so much it hurts. Rest in Peace, We will love you always. Love Jay and Laura

Dear Linda ,Buster, and Chandler Family, Claude, Daniel, and I loved Vince. He was such a sweet man and I never saw him without that big smile! I think everyone in Middletown knew him from his teaching to his couching! He was a mentor to Daniel when he was little and Daniel has carried the kindness Vince showed him all these years! And, it was the smile and pride I will always remember when he talked about Linda or his son and his kids and he sure was a proud grandpa! And I'm sure every now and then we might hear a yell from Heaven when he is cheering for his favorite football team! He will be missed and remembered by so many and I know Claude and I will miss our dear neighbor and friend! Keeping all of you in my Prayers! I'm a phone call away if you need anything! Love you Lisa & Claude Morel

Vince was a fine man. I remember when Buster was born, Vince put basketballs, footballs, couple baseballs. He said this boy gonna play some ball!!
Vince would take me Joe, and my cousin Jared to Lebanon Raceway all the time. We’d have a blast!! Vince put me on the daily double last time I saw him.. He was a fine man that’s going to be missed!
