

He was born on May 11, 1954 in West Union, Ohio to Mildred Collins and Berry Slusher.
William served in the Air Force. He also retired from Kroger and Inland Container. His favorite hobbies were spending time with his family and playing softball. He was a member of the Senior Leagues Dimond Dawgs, Dayton Legends softball team and had played with them the last 9 years.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Bobby Jean Satterfield, Jenny Cummings; In-laws Eugene (Helen) Cook, and brother-in-law, Gary Disher.
He was survived by his significant other, Faye; seven children, Michelle Versoza, William Slusher Jr., Michael (Debra Lee) Slusher, Marie Slusher, Brad (Cindy) Ballinger, Wayne (Brittany) Ballinger, and Leah Ballinger; 19 grandkids, William III, Raphael, Michael Jr., Dylan, Maddax, Desmond, Vanessa, Javen, Jace, Chance, Morgan, Kaiden, Xavier, Lauriane, Isabel, Josh, Anika, Sapphira and Maverick; brother, Berry (Deb) Slusher; three brothers-in-laws, Gene Cummings, Bill Satterfield, Jack (Laura) Cook; four sisters-in-laws, Barb (Gary) Scott, Jean Kilburn, Sue Disher, and Jane Scrivner; many nieces, nephews and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitations will be 10:00 am-12:00 pm on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, Ohio 45044.
