Throughout her life, Wilma’s steady devotion to family stood at the center of who she was. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister, and her care and presence shaped the lives around her in lasting ways. Her memory will remain a source of comfort, gratitude, and quiet strength for those who mourn her.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Mulligan; sons, Billy Jack Mulligan, Steve Mulligan; grandchildren, Savannah Lynn Mulligan, Christy Mulligan, Justin Patrick Mulligan; sister, Wanda; nephew, Timothy and niece, Anna Marie.
Wilma is survived by her children, Jasper Mulligan Jr., Donald (Amy) Mulligan, Sylvia Fields; brother, Bill Patrick; brother, William (Vickie) Patrick; grandchildren, Jake Mulligan, Brianna, Joey Mulligan, Donnie Cain, Bridgette, Abby, Timothy Noble, Amanda Noble, Amber Cantrell, Alyssa Mulligan, Stephen Mulligan, Brooklyn Napier; 20 great-grandchildren; Aunt Marie and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be 11 AM-1 PM on Friday, October 30, 2026 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 1 PM with Pastor Bill Patrick officiating. Burial will be at North Monroe Cemetery.
