Albert was born in Todd County, Kentucky on March 18, 1947. He entered the Army at age 19 and served in the Viet Nam War from 1966-1968.
Albert’s employment included the Ebonite Bowling Company, Pepsi Cola, Refreshments Vending, Holsum Bakery, Coca-Cola and Texas Refreshments.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and several sisters.
Albert is survived by his sons, William Dean Ritchey and Jason Wayne Tucker, beloved Janice Hogan and sons, Nathan (Kasey) Hogan and Andrew Hogan and a host of life long friends.
