She was preceded in death by her parents: Roman and Amelia Hernandez, one brother Martin Hernandez and two sisters: Maria Ninfa Carrillo and Rosa Huitron.

She had 10 grandchildren who she loved very much; Bonifacio (Pelon), Braden, Bailey, Brenden (Chompis), Braeliegh (Princess), Nathan, Noah, Kameron, Nataly, and Anthony. And one great grandchild; Kailynn Rodriguez. Among being known as grandma to the many friend’s of her grandchildren.

She was the best mom and loved and lived for her grandchildren. Loved spending time on her front porch , watching her grandchildren play and watching novelas.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Bonifacio Rodriguez and her children; Nereida Rodriguez Vega, Bonifacio Rodriguez Jr., and Daisy Rodriguez.

Her family, grandchildren, and friends will forever love and miss her and remember her always for being the best wife, mom, and grandma.

The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 4-8 PM at Ellis Funeral Home with the Rosary at 7 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, May 25th at 10 AM at St. Stephen's Catholic Church followed by burial at Ellis Resthaven Memorial Park.
