Arthur Lynn Rios

Arthur Lynn Rios “Tootie”, 41, of Odessa formerly of Midland passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2013. He was born on November 23, 1971 in Snyder, Texas to Andres “Andy” and Aurora Rios. Tootie graduated Lee High School in 1990. After high school he joined the NAVY in August of 1992 in which he served from 1992 to 1997 on the USS Saratoga and USS Washington. He married Dominga “Irene” Rios on June 2, 2004. Tootie was an amazing and loving son, husband, father, brother, nephew and grandson. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Those left behind to honor and cherish his memory are his wife, Dominga “Irene” Rios; his two sons, Hezakiah and Azariyah Rios; step-daughter, Isabella all of Odessa; his parents, Andy and Aurora Rios; a sister, Amanda and her husband Jarod McMorries of Whitney, Texas; two nephews, Matthew and Jarod Jr. of Whitney, Texas; two nieces, Alyssa and Laney of Whitney and his grandmother, Nellie Rios of San Angelo, Texas. He also leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00pm today, May 11 in the Chapel at Ellis Funeral Home with Deacon Mike LaMonica officiating. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Online condolences may be offered at www.ellisfunerals.com.
